The kitchen has all Miele appliances including a Nespresso machine, two microwaves and a great breakfast island bench with three wooden stools below hanging pendant lights.

The open-plan lounge room has a gas fireplace, two large leather couches, Flat-screen television with Foxtel and a Sonas sound-system. The large front terrace has a lounge suite and a dining table, large umbrella and barbecue ready to go for alfresco summer dinners whilst listening to the waves. The laundry has a Miele combined washer/dryer which leads out to the outside clothesline area.
