Erwin's Lagoon Retreat

Erwin’s Lagoon Retreat is only 2 minute walk from Beachport’s Town center, passing the lovely Lagoon and its surroundings.
The 63 square meter guest-house is newly established in my late husbands 4 bay shed. It welcomes you with a coastal-apartment feel. The retreat with its high ceiling includes a spacious open plan-living area, one good size bedroom and a bathroom with incorporated laundry. The sea themed beautiful paintings on the walls are by my darling daughter.
The outdoor area is still developing with a sheltered decking space for entertaining and barbecue. Part of the garden has an established lawn and the newly planted shrubs and trees have started to grow. There is plenty of room for safely parking cars, trailer and boat.
