Khione1 is a large, modern and well-appointed three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse with a private courtyard and double garage. Sleeping up to eleven people it is the ideal base for an alpine experience in the NSW Snowy Mountains for large families and groups of friends.

This accommodation is comfortable and spacious throughout with all the modern conveniences set over two levels. The dining/ living area opens out onto the balcony for guests to take in the view and take advantage of the seating and portable gas barbecue. The lounge has a 60 inch Smart High Definition television, Wifi and soundbar and electric heating that can be assisted by additional gas heating if required. There are two bedrooms (one with en suite), main bathroom with spa bath and a writing nook.

Downstairs has the third bedroom with two tri-bunks, en suite bathroom, 64 inch flat screen television with access to the private courtyard. The laundry provides a washer and dryer with an external door to the courtyard and plenty of additional storage space. There is also a double lock up garage with auto doors, a drying room with hanging space and internal access to the townhouse.
