Nestled amidst peaceful large bush block is Kooka’s Cottage. Close to the Mount Buller Gates, ideal for snow holidays and summer getaways. Perfect for couples and small families to enjoy nature.

Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds – fitted with electric blankets and Egyptian Cotton Sheets. Two bedrooms, open plan living/dining area and well-appointed full kitchen.

Sleeps four to six. Two bedrooms upstairs, open plan living area downstairs, one bathroom and laundry facilities with drying cupboard.

There is a single trundle upstairs or a sofa bed downstairs to make up a maximum of five or six people staying.

A large undercover deck to view the private bush with BBQ and hammock. Cosy wood fire as well as reverse cycle air-conditioning. TV, DVD and Telstra reception.

All linen and towels provided.

Close to the Mt Buller and Mt Stirling entry gates, a short walk to the Delatite River. Close to Mansfield and the Delatite Hunt Club Hotel.
