Mare e Amici can sleep up to 8 guests in its 3 bedrooms; with a king, queen, queen and a queen sofa bed. Quilts and pillows are provided (bedding for the sofa bed stored under the stairs), guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels & tea-towels) or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office.

Upstairs king bedroom with ensuite, shower and toilet; downstairs main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet; and an additional 3rd toilet.

Reverse cycle split system air-con in the upstairs living area; ceiling fan in the dining area; ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms.

Downstairs lounge has television with USB port, DVD player and PlayStation 3 (bring own games for use in the games console) A small kitchenette and bar fridge.

Upstairs living area is spacious with kitchen, lounge and dining opening to the balcony.

The kitchen is well-equipped; gas cooktop, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and coffee pod machine (BYO Nespresso capsules).

Large, unfenced rear yard with a lawned area. Weber Q gas barbecue; fishing cleaning bay.

Off-street undercover carport for 1 vehicle, with space for another vehicle and a boat.
