Relax at 36 is an executive 2 storey 4 bedroom holiday home on the esplanade that accommodates up to 12 guests, has 2 living areas, excellent sea views and a beautiful beach out front.

Downstairs:
Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas stove top, oven, microwave, dining area, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, lounge area with television, DVD, Foxtel, ceiling fan.
Laundry with top loading washing machine, second fridge/freezer, second bathroom with vanity, shower and w/c.
Outdoor setting, gas barbecue, plenty of parking for cars and boats.

Upstairs:
Living area with television, DVD, sink, bar fridge, access to deck, outdoor furniture. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning.
4 bedrooms all with ceiling fans, bathroom with vanity, separate shower, separate w/c.

Bed configuration-bed 1-queen, bed 2-queen, bed 3-2 x bunks, bed 4-2 x bunks.

You will need to bring your own bedding and linen – pillows, quilts/doonas, sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towel.

No smoking inside – garage not for use.
No pets.
