2 bathrooms; 3-way bathroom upstairs includes shower, bath & separate toilet; bathroom downstairs with shower & toilet.

Reverse cycle air-conditioning upstairs/downstairs, air-conditioning units in upstairs master bedroom & living area, downstairs in queen & rumpus room.

The upstairs living area comprises kitchen, lounge & dining rooms with direct balcony access.

Lounge has large television, DVD player, DVDs, Foxtel & WiFi. Rumpus room includes television, DVD player, 8-ball table & X-Box.
