The Beach House San Remo is the perfect location to call home while you enjoy all that Phillip Island has to offer and close by, in the other direction, South Gippsland set in beautiful rolling hills has many holiday gems. The house is a short walk to the charming San Remo fishing village with wharf and beach, coffee and other shops and supermarket.

The Beach House is an attractive and modern double storey home with lovely water views, three bedrooms (main with ensuite), 2.5 bathrooms, a private street entrance and a carport. In addition to the large upper-level living/kitchen area with a north-facing deck with barbecue and some water views, there is also a lower lounge which is a good games area equipped with a smart television. There is a separate holiday studio – ‘Bruce’s Pad’ – at the front of the property with its own entrance.
