Twin Palms is a comfortable 3 bedroom Cottage in the heart of Edithburgh, within walking distance to all amenities and accommodates up to 6 guests.
Kitchen/dining with electric stove/hot plates, large fridge with top mounted freezer, microwave, small dining table, lounge with TV, DVD, ceiling fan, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner. Please Note: fireplace as shown in pictures is not for use. Bathroom with full size bath, walk-in shower, vanity, separate w/c, laundry with top loading washing machine, small tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

All bedrooms with ceiling fans.
Undercover outdoor area with hooded gas BBQ, outdoor settings, 2nd fridge/freezer plus chest freezer.
Fishing cleaning facility.
Plenty of room for the car and boat with a secure parking area available.
Historic seaside town of Edithburgh offers an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, 2 Hotels, deli, take away and Cafe, not to mention the beautiful sights of Yorke Peninsula!
Bed configuration – bed 1 – queen, bed 2 – queen, bed 3 – 2 singles.
Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your linen – pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
