Undercurrent is an absolute beachfront property at Sultana Point that has everything you would expect in a holiday property and is only a short three kilometre scenic drive to Edithburgh.

The kitchen has been newly renovated and overlooks the water. Relax or entertain in the open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area

The property features four bedrooms with a double bed, two queen beds and a new bunk room. Sleeps six with children’s retreat (sleeps 12 in total). Pillows and blankets provided; bring all of your own linen including top and bottom sheets, tea towels, towels and beach towels.

There is a wood combustion heater (bring your own wood) plus portable heating provided. Enjoy a beautiful ocean breeze in summer.

The lounge has television/USB with DVD and CD players. There is a flat screen television in queen bedrooms and bunk room.

Barbecue and outdoor seating/dining provided and there is room for two cars or car and a small boat. Sorry, pets not permitted.
